12 april 2003.

on the way to the store i've got the window down and music up and while stopped at a red light i hear the yell of my name out the window of a neighboring car. i look to my right and see andy with his arm out the window grinning at me. he folds himself back inside the back seat of the car he's in, and we're laughing and waving. the lights turn green and before i make a left turn i see him crawl through the sunroof and blow me a kiss, leaving his arm extended with his hair blowing into his face.

i'm already around the corner, but still catch it in my fist.
